All orders ship from Brussels. We dispatch Monday to Friday, within 48 hours of payment.

Inside the EU: We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Outside the EU: Please note that all sales made outside of the European Union (EU) are final.
The company will not pay the return shipping costs. To start a return, you can contact us at contact@noskinkolor.com. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please keep the package delivery receipt until the return process is complete. The returns address is:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Our pieces follow a relaxed unisex fit. Measurements are in centimetres, taken flat on the garment. If you're between sizes, size up for the streetwear silhouette we design for.

Every Custom Leather piece is made to order in our Brussels atelier, by one artisan. The waiting time is 14–21 working days from confirmation. Each item is numbered, signed and ships in a hand-stamped box.
Made-to-order pieces are non-returnable but covered by a 12-month repair warranty.
